Yes – all items are currently sold on a pre-order basis. As a growing brand, this allows us to fulfill orders more efficiently and keep things running smoothly. Please check estimated delivery times on each product page.

We do not accept returns. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini items. Please refer to the sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

EU orders take approximately 5–7 business days, and

International orders may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. You’ll see local UK rates, EU, and international rates automatically when you input your address.
